The HDPE Pharma Line consists of 14 bottles ranging from 75cc to 950cc. Sizes up to 300cc are manufactured using the injection blow moulding process (IBM). The IBM process gives us very tight tolerances for neck finishes. Larger packers are extrusion blow moulded (EBM) on high-cavitation equipment. EBM production lines also feature state-of-the-art vision systems and leak detectors.
Bottles are sold by the pallet, and typically have MOQs of at least 10,000 bottles per size rounded up to the nearest pallet quantity. Please speak with your Key Account Manager for other details regarding our minimum order requirements.
