Starplex Pharma Cylinders

Pretium's Starplex division has introduced a line of HDPE cylinders from 75cc to 950cc, known as the Starplex Pharma Cylinders. All ten sizes are manufactured in our Toronto facility. The two smallest sizes in the line feature a 38-400 neck, while all larger sizes share a 53-400 neck. Starplex also manufactures the 38-400 and 53-400 caps for this popular line of cylinders; caps are available lined or unlined.

These bottles were designed for optimal line filling efficiencies. Many of the sizes share the same diameter, so fillers have faster changeovers when switching between adjacent sizes. The shared 53mm neck among the eight larger sizes also enables faster filling line speeds than bottles with smaller neck diameters.
