Monsanto awarded Pretium its prestigious "Supplier Quality Recognition Award" in early 2004. Pretium was one of only ten companies nationwide to receive the honor.

Only Monsanto's top performing suppliers are considered for this award. Pretium was chosen for its instrumental role in helping Monsanto develop inventory controls around packaging items, along with its responsiveness to an ever-changing production schedule.

Pretium Packaging is reshaping the way plastic packaging is manufactured for the agricultural chemical industry with in-mold fluorination. This incorporates a blend of gases during the blow molding process to improve the barrier properties of the container. The mold fluorination is cost effective and meets the stringent performance requirements of the leading agricultural chemical companies.

Pretium was named the "2003 Vendor of the Year" by Vi-Jon Laboratories, Inc.

This award was given in recognition of Pretium's flexibility to work with Vi-Jon's just-in-time demands and multiple deliveries on a daily basis. Pretium's award plaque stated that, "Vi-Jon's success is a direct result of Pretium Packaging's outstanding service and contribution."

Vi-Jon Laboratories, the nation's oldest family-owned private label health and beauty care company, looks to Pretium for packaging products, consisting of nail polish removers, petroleum jelly, men's toiletries, hair care products, antibacterial soap and personal care items. Pretium supplies packaging for the entire product line, including 15-oz., 40-oz. and 60 oz. PET soap bottles.

Pretium Packaging was awarded Neutrogena's "Outstanding Supply Chain Performance Award" for 2002.

Neutrogena selected Pretium out of over 60 other manufacturers and distributors for consistently delivering quality products on time. The award also recognized Pretium for outstanding customer service.

As a result of this accomplishment, Neutrogena awarded Pretium significant new business set to begin shipping in late summer of 2004.

Pretium delivers and decorates PET, PVC and HDPE bottles to Neutrogena, a division of Johnson & Johnson. These containers are used for Neutrogena products including its T-Gel shampoo line, Body Clear, Body Wash and Suncare lines.

Pretium was awarded a 1998 Supplier Award from GlaxoSmithKline, in recognition of "Excellence in Execution." Pretium, a certified, pre-approved GSK supplier, provided containers for Tums and Oxy products, while meeting the company's vendor criteria for quality, service, and a 100% on time delivery record. Pretium executed a flawless conversion while supporting 100% of existing SKU requirements.

GlaxoSmithKline commended Pretium on its shipment of exact quantities of pre-approved parts ordered. Pretium took an active supplier role by participating in weekly status meetings with the company, and providing in-plant labor to help with system access and shipment release.

GlaxoSmithKline, a leading antacid and calcium supplement manufacturer, utilized plastic packages that were difficult to open and prone to breaking when dropped. Pretium Packaging made the containers more "user friendly" by adding closures featuring a unique twist-off lid that applied a more reliable, tamper evident inner seal. Pretium's design also used an alternative material that alleviated breakage and was more durable, without compromising the original package design.
